If you are looking to purchase a home in the Greater Omaha, Lincoln or Offutt AFB area we will begin with a buyer’s consultation (either in person or over Facetime/Zoom) where we will go over the entire buying process from start to finish. Our goal is to educate you over every step of the buying experience so that there are limited to no surprises throughout the process.

We will discuss your desired timeline, needs/wants, go over what might be the best loan option for you and get you in touch with a local lender. We will also take the time to go over the entire purchase agreement and other disclosures that we might encounter while making an offer. By taking the time to go over all of these parts of the home buying experience before we even step foot into a home you will be best prepared and enjoy the process and excitement of finding your dream home.

Interested in building or buying a new construction home? While the process is similar to purchasing a pre-existing home there are some steps that are completely different. Having built a home ourselves in the past, we understand the in’s and out’s of the new construction process. It is important to have an agent representing only you and not the builder, that way you have someone looking out for your best interest while working with the builder. We also will be your designing consult helping you pick out your finishing selections, which from our experience can be overwhelming and having a second opinion can be very helpful!
