Growing up Sarah was introduced to the entrepreneurial mindset from a very young age as her father owned a lawn service company and is also an Omaha REALTOR®. She remembers running her own lawn care company throughout high school . This love for entrepreneurship continued into college where she graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a Business Administration degree and a minor in Entrepreneurship. While in college she also was a member of the Army ROTC program and Army Reserves and was honored to be selected for an opportunity to commission as an Active Duty Aviation Officer. Unfortunately, due to an injury she was unable to later attend flight school and received a medical discharge. After leaving the military Sarah took a property management job here in Omaha, which was the perfect segway into the real estate industry.

Brad is originally from Central Nebraska, but grew up in Omaha after moving frequently during his youth. After high school, he enlisted in the Army / Nebraska Army National Guard. Over a decade later, with deployments to Asia and Europe, he continues to serve as a Scout Platoon Sergeant. He graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with Bachelor Degrees in Economics and Political Science, then continued his education to obtain a Masters Degree from the American Military University. He also attended the Oklahoma University Economic Development Institute. Before entering the real estate industry, Brad spent several years working in economic and workforce development, eventually holding executive agency leadership roles with the State of Nebraska. He is an avid outdoorsman and semi-professional tournament angler.
